Swarnalee Mazumder

Data Scientist · Hamburg, Germany

Data Scientist at DKRZ, working on climate model infrastructure, satellite remote sensing, and ML pipelines for Earth Observation.

I am interested in Climate AI — applying machine learning to climate adaptation challenges across energy, infrastructure, health, and agriculture. Specifically, I want to build monitoring and risk assessment tools that help communities and systems prepare for and respond to extreme climate events.

Welcome to my Garden

A space for thinking in public — paper notes, half-formed ideas, and things I keep returning to. Nothing here is finished. Notes grow, link to each other, and change over time.
